You know those boss design contest Capcom holds for Rockman games, specific classic, EXE, and RnR? Well, I plan on entering the next RnR contest (you know it's gonna happen) with this guy, Aquarius Waltz! This is the exact picture I plan on using, the scanner just makes it lighter than it really is. =/ Now, when Goat Kung-Fu was announced the winner for RnR2, I thought to myself, "wut goats and kung-fu have nothing to do with eachother," but then a light came on in my head and something clicked; that's what makes it GENIUS!! So I went to work modifying an old design, Aquarius Mask, into this guy. Now, he doesn't have his partner out all the time; only when he does attacks. And one of his attacks will have either him or his partner appearing and dancing with Rockman, lawl. Now I just need someone to help me translate the attack descriptions. XD;;

I must say, I really like the design- the whole vase turning into his partner and such. Would his partner be like, a seperate entity, or just something he controls?

It's something he controls; it's not like Gemini Spark, where the two Gemini Sparks Black and White are seperate from each other. He can choose when and where he wants to bring out his dancing partner; it's only water, so it doesn't show any emotion, and Aquarius Waltz himself can control water, so he can form her whenever he needs her, specifically when he attacks.
